This website is operated by Phoria LLC, doing business as Four Butter Deodorant (“Four Butter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 311 Mount View Ln., Colorado Springs, CO 80907, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and orders

We sell personal-care products. Product descriptions, ingredients, availability, prices, and photographs are provided to help you decide what to buy. We try to keep them accurate, but packaging and product appearance may vary. Please read the product label before use and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, a price or listing is incorrect, or we cannot fulfill it. If we have already charged you for a canceled order, we will refund that charge.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are shown before you submit payment. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party provider. Please do not send payment card information to our mailing address. If checkout is unavailable, the site will tell you before an order can be placed.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Where offered, free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $50 before taxes and shipping. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific commitment is stated. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised time, we will offer the choices required by applicable law, including consent to a new date or cancellation and a full refund.

To request cancellation before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, our Return & Refund Policy applies. That policy also explains our advertised 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Use of this website

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and information. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order information, or use site content in a way that violates another person’s rights. Product names, photographs, writing, and site design belong to Four Butter or their respective owners and may not be reused commercially without permission.
